7-on-7 Program Policies & Expectations
All players and parents/guardians are expected to read, understand, and agree to the following policies regarding participation in PA Goblins 7-on-7 Football.
Commitment & Attendance
Players are expected to attend all scheduled team practices, scrimmages, and games (within reason).
Commitment to the team is essential for development and success.
Any absence must be communicated to the coaching staff at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
Practices are critical, as players will learn advanced techniques specific to their position.
Playing Time & Positions
Playing time is earned, not guaranteed. Effort, preparation, attitude, and performance matter.
Athlete positions are determined solely at the discretion of the coaching staff, based on skill level, development needs, and player aspirations.
The coaching staff’s decisions are made in the best interest of the team and individual athlete growth.
Fees & Payment Structure
Parents/Guardians are responsible for all costs associated with participation.
Official Uniform Package, Tounament Entry Fees, Training, Field Fees, Mentorship, Media & Film
Training-Only Option
Training-Only Players: Pay-in Full $150 or $20/1hr Training
May attend 1st hour of all team practices
Will not travel for tournaments or be rostered for competition
Paid in full upfront before practice starts.
Travel & Tournaments
Tournaments are scheduled on weekends and require travel for each day of competition.
Players are responsible for their own lodging, meals, and transportation when overnight stays are required.
Exceptions must be arranged in advance with coaches and other families when applicable.
Conduct & Accountability
The Player Code of Conduct applies at all times — on and off the field, during practices, tournaments, travel, and team events.
Respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and facilities is mandatory.
Registration & Documentation
Each player must have a parent or guardian present at tryouts in December to review and accept program terms.
All required waivers must be completed before practicing and joining the team.

Official team communication may occur through: Email, Text, BAND App, Instagram (IG), X (formerly Twitter), Facebook
Parents and athletes are expected to stay connected and informed through these channels.
